Where Kinetique acts as a processor on behalf of a client, the client is responsible for determining the purposes and lawful basis of that processing and Kinetique processes the information in accordance with the client's documented instructions and the applicable Data Processing Agreement.
If you have been contacted as part of a campaign carried out by Kinetique on behalf of another business and wish to exercise rights concerning the underlying customer or prospect record, you should normally contact that business as the relevant controller. If you contact Kinetique, we may refer your request to the relevant client.
